About Jimmy

Jimmy Murray has been a guitar player since 1968 when his older brother, Gray, gave him his 1961 White Les Paul Junior. Playing and owning guitars has been a driving passion for Jimmy ever since. At the age of 50, Jimmy is publishing the Jimmy Murray 10 Minute Method. ” I wish someone had shown me this 38 years ago, ” says Murray.

Whether at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The House of Blues or on the Gibson Festival in Nashville, Jimmy has been lucky enough to share the stage with the likes of Doyle Bramhall 2, Lee Roy Parnell, Cheap Trick, and Jeff Carlisi, to mention a few. Jimmy even jams with Billy Cox in the video.
